Rex Restaurant Associates which incorporates The Wolseley and St Alban is looking to recruit an experienced Commis Chef/Sandwich Assistant. These high profile restaurants are owned by Chris Corbin and Jeremy King, previous owner-operators of the world famous Ivy, Le Caprice, and J.Sheekey restaurants.
Currently, The Wolseley (www.thewolseley.com ) is looking for driven and committed chefs, willing to work in a very busy and demanding kitchen environment, in return you would enjoy excellent remuneration and staff benefits. With previous experience within a similar high volume, brasserie style restaurant, the successful applicants will be looking to expand their skills within a large brigade of experienced international chefs. If you show a passion for food and an enthusiasm to work in the industry you will benefit from support and guidance from our highly professional senior kitchen management team.

It is imperative that you are a team player with a cool head, an ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure and are able to cope with high volume kitchen production.
