Hi there! We are a brasilian couple living in a lovely double room in a three bed rooms house in Battersea (15 min walk from Clapham Junction).

We are going on hollidays from december the 7th till january the 15th and we would like to rent our room during this 5 weeks in order to reduce our expenses.

Our house is very cleand and tidy, and the other rooms might be in use by very friendly and sociable mates, always willing to watch DVDs, share a bottle of wine, cocking, cinema etc.. but don't worry they also do know how to respect each other privacy :-)

This is the deal:

- Very large Furnished Room with amazing king size bed, TV, student desk, and lots of storage space (large wardrobe with draws below);

- bathroom (contains a good shower all time hot water over bath, basin unit and a separate loo.), eat-in fully equiped kitchen with all mod cons including washing machine and dryer, toaster, microwave, etc;

- Unlimited broadband connection. Huge and cosy sitting room with Sky DVD player and sound surround system flat screen TV;

- Very big garden with brand new BBQ;

- Very close to Tesco Supermarket and Library in Battersea Park Rd. 5min. walk to Battersea Park and Queenstown Road Zone2 mainline stations for Victoria and Waterloo;

- Buses to Clapham Common, Chelsea, Knightsbridge & Oxford Street;

- Free Parking Zone;
