The Swan at Southrop is a destination food led pub feeding up to 600 people per week, situated in a pretty Cotswold village.
We are looking to add to our kitchen team a strong Sous chef who, as well as being fully qualified must have a passion for cooking, experience in all kitchen sections and speak fluent English.
It is also essential you have a good understanding of modern British cooking and have worked in a rosette background.
We offer a competitive salary and live-in if necessary.
