I have a website already complete however, I'm looking for someone to build me a form on the contacts page.

I want the form to be PHP based whilst also making use of Captcha in order to eliminate spam. The webpage will need to render correctly in all modern browsers (i.e. Internet Explorer 6, 7 & 8, Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari & Opera)

As I said the page is already complete so all that will be required is for a form to be built & enabled. It's not a huge job but I do need this doing asap.

This of course will be paid but in order to help me decide the right candidate I will need to know:-

- How much you would charge to do this
- Some examples or at least one example of previous similar work you've done
- How long it will take you (rough estimate is fine)

As I am a web designer and not a web developer I am very likely to be needing this and similar services in the future. So impress and I'll certainly keep you on file with a view to sending more business your way.
