J + A CAFE is a busy family run cafe in Clerkenwell, London, specializing in traditional home cooking & baking using fresh produce daily. Our café is inspired by traditional family values and good old-fashioned hospitality. We have tried to recreate the feeling of homeliness wherever we can. Everyone is welcome and will be greeted warmly in comfortable, unpretentious surroundings.

We are open 6 days a week 8AM - 6PM, 40-50 Covers (10 seated outside)

Chef Salary: £7 - £7.50 / Starting hourly rate / 3 Month Probation period
(35-40 hours per week)
7AM-3PM three-four days a week
7AM-12PM one-two days a week

We are looking for a CHEF to make
• Breakfast
• Salad Prep/Veg Prep
• Sandwiches
To start ASAP.

Duties will involve cooking Breakfast alone until 11AM & moving onto Salad Prep & Sandwiches for Lunch.
All day Brunch on Saturday 7AM-3PM

APPLICANTS MUST BE EXPERIENCED, POSITIVE, PRO-ACTIVE & WORK TO A HIGH STANDARD.
