Senior Membership Sales Consultant

We're Looking for a Senior Membership Sales Consultant for our Hendon Club.

As part of what we’re looking for at ‘The lab’ you must be well organised, show loads of enthusiasm, have buckets full of initiative and be capable of leading and motivating fellow team mates in a challenging and under pressure environment. Within our Independent family run business you will act as a true ambassador for The Laboratory Spa and Health Club and promote, organize, arrange new memberships and help create exciting new marketing activity.

What were looking for from you: As one of our key team members:

A good natural people person personality, someone who can wow and empathise at the same time.
Sales Drive. This needs to be part of your DNA, the drive that makes you tick.
Good listening skills – someone who will listen and care to what future members are looking for.
Passion in our product - we need individuals with a pragmatic can-do attitude .. people who look for a solution, always
We’re not looking for a sales genius but we are looking for someone who is totally hungry for sales success. Someone who isn’t able just to sell a deal but will really listen to our customers and then offer them the best solution according to their needs.

You will however need previous sales experience and the character that will thrive in a target driven environment.
