Im a Plumber based in south east london and am offering a price of £20 an hour.(+£15 CALL OUT this is waived for jobs longer than 4 hours)

I specialise in plumbing (C&G and NVQ2) and tiling
but have part p electrical installers certificate
i cover most works including
baths and bath panels
leaking taps
installations
shower screens
unblocking sinks toilets
new pipework
extraction fans
problem solving
new radiators and trv
all central heating controls
underfloor heating systems
immersion heaters
electric showers
pumps
kitchen installations
electric boilers and waterheaters
bathroom installation
floor and wall tiling
new sockets
replace lights and switches
hot water cylinders
ball valves
toilets
watertanks
guttering

i charge £20 per hour . There is a call out charge of £15 (will be waived for jobs over 4 hours)
