Regional Compliance Officer - Turkey, Poland, Ukraine


A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Dutch Investment Bank in their Compliance department where you will take on an autonomous role as Compliance Officer / Consultant/Advisor to regional retail branches throughout Ukraine, Turkey and Poland.


Working together in a team of three you will have sole responsibility for your areas, therefore you will have the experience and maturity to be able to add value to the position


The role with comprise of all compliance duties but further more will see you being able to act as a business advisor to the areas you are looking after and will therefore have a sound understanding of the business and have first class interpersonal skills to be able to offer solutions and to collaborate with the offices in your area as business partners.


The role will require frequent travel and will allow high profile contact with senior management. You will be reporting in to the Head of Compliance for the Bank


To be considered for this role, you will


-Have to be able to demonstrate a solid background within Compliance within Financial Services, ideally within Retail or Private Banking on an International level ( preferred experience within Polish, Ukraine and Turkish markets)

-The ability to act in the “Compliance Police” role and be able to balance that with being a creative business partner

-Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

-Have the ability to work autonomously, a self starter, self motivator

-Flexible attitude

-Be prepared to travel
