Salary: £10 per hour
Our client is within the leisure sector and are looking to expand their team with a knowledgeable Purchase Ledger Clerk. The role is temporary but may become a more temporary position. The company that you will be working for is a successful brewers who are recruiting for an exciting position, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to continue their career within a finance department.
Duties:
- Matching, batching and coding high volume of invoices
- Assisting with the payment run
- Responsible for the reconciliations of supplier statements
- Bank and cash reconciliations
- Dealing with any queries
It would be beneficial for the successful candidate to have worked in the industry before or have a retail background. The successful applicant will have an excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and have exposure to an accounting package.
