We have a street property with a garden - the bottom half of a house - Tufnell Park, nice area, 20 mins walk to Hampstead Heath, buses to West End, Brent Cross etc, 5 mins from tube - we would rather not move - but - officially its 2 bed although we have turned a utility area with windows into a 3rd bedroom by installing a doorway. - We have three children and need more space and at least four bedrooms or 3 bedrooms and a dining room we can use as a bedroom - If you are genuinely thinking of swapping you need to qualify for the size of property you would be moving into - we do qualify for four bedrooms .- We are also offering £10,000 for your inconvenience. Our property has a nice kitchen, central heating etc and we are happy to swap kitchen appliances and curtains, blinds and plantation shutters if wanted. (Makes moving easier) We built a new summer house at the bottom of the garden last year. Areas wanted include Camden, Islington, Haringey, Hackney, Hornsey and similar, we don't want to change the childrens schools
