Sous Chef- New Opening Bar/Restaurant- London

My client has launched a new high volume restaurant in London and they are looking for a talented Sous chef to be part of the new team

The Sous chef will come from an all fresh food background with volume and stability, be highly organised and with excellent man management and cooking skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the kitchen, training junior staff members and maintaining the food quality and all the current health and hygiene regulations for the busy restaurant

You will be assisting the Head chef managing the day to day running of this new restaurant that offers a wide selection of food that’s opening all day including breakfast
The menu focuses on comfort food and sharing, with imaginative small plates and boards for two or more using local, seasonal and organic produce as much as possible

The Sous chef role has potential to develop into a Head chef role for future openings
