Chef de Partie at the Hotel Russell

The Hotel Russell is a 4 star property located in the vibrant area of Bloomsbury. The hotel is part of the newly formed Principal Hayley Group, with 24 hotels and conference centres in key UK locations from cosmopolitan city centres to countryside tranquillity.

The Hotel Russell is a magnificent example of a Victorian building steeped in history; it is an ideal base for both business and leisure. We offer 373 bedrooms ranging from single rooms to our Ambassador Suites and contemporary designer suites. Our 21 meeting rooms offer state of the art equipment and facilities for the discerning guest.

We currently have a vacancy for Chef de Partie to join our busy Kitchen brigade. .

Applicants must have:

·A basic experience in food preparation together with a good knowledge of basic food hygiene

·You must also be suitably qualified up to NVQ level 2 Food Preparation or equivalent.

·Exceptional culinary skills

·High standards of hygiene and Health & Safety standards

·Good interpersonal skills

·A good level of spoken English

Applicants should have at least 6 months previous experience within a busy Kitchen and hold a valid basic Food Hygiene Safety qualification. Applicants should be eager with a real enthusiasm and dedication towards the catering industry. Applicants must be able to cope well under pressure and have a can-do attitude.
