Location is great for travel. It is easy to get into town – literally 2 mins walk from the tube station – Arnos Grove – which is the Piccadilly line and 5 mins walk from New Southgate overground station. It’s as easy to get further north of London i.e Oakwood, Cockfosters where the Middlesex universities are. There are plenty of bus routes aswell to get you easily to a wide range of local and further distance areas – and night buses too

The rent is 75 per week – to the calendar month – Not including bills – but we try to keep our electricity and gas bills down to save money.

Cost wise its over all very cheap and cheerful, especially considering the size of the room - so great for saving up

Living in a nice, clean, modern, cheap and cheerful flat – with two chatty, friendly, fair and respectful flat mates one guy and one girl, mid to late twenties.
