After a successful year of expansion and an increased client base we are currently looking for Part Time Property Visual Inspection Clerks living within London.

Experience preferred but not essential, as training will be given, must have an outward going, friendly personality, attention to detail, can do attitude, be computer literate and have an excellent command in English both spoken and written.

Salary will be £12.50 per property mainly working evenings and weekends - we average around 30 properties per month all around London but this is intended to increase.

Working throughout London visiting properties and dealing with tenants direct. A simple PDF template is completed. turnaround time is a strict 24 hours.

You MUST have your own car, a computer, internet/broadband access, a digital camera, scanner and we will provide a mobile phone.
