The second floor single room is 6' x 9.5 with a 5' long walk in closet that has a sky-light. Double glazed window faces lawn & trees, new carpets, bed, desk, bookcase, & next to main bath & shower on 2nd level; House has another toilet & sink on 1st level half way up the stairs between the kitchen and lounge.

There is a large lounge which gets loads of sun during the day & has sky tv &
a dvd player plus two comfy futon couches & a dj sound system that isnt played
that often. We hang out in there and watch the odd live thing on telly.

All rooms are on separate levels.
Ground floor eat-in kitchen faces garden & gets lots of sun; there's a garage for some storage, parking in front and back of house if you have a car; and room for a bike.

Close to public transport -Zone 2 - 10 min to Brixton on Victoria line,
Tulse Hill and Streatham Hill overland close. Clapham Common is walk-able
if you like to walk. Amenities include Streatham, Balham, Brockwell Park,
Clapham Common, Brixton all close by. 3 large chain metro/locals close.

Sharing with guy and girl who both work in near the City- but who aren¹t
accountants or bankers(!) House is quiet & chilled altho we may rock the
spotify on the weekends on the computer while doing a bit of work in the garden as we're planning a veg / herb garden for next year.

House has washer / dryer / dishwasher, gas cooker, high speed wifi, Sky, all inclusive.
