Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
* Account management.
* New business development.
* Interviewing and placing candidates.
* Working within strict KPI parameters and set sales targets.
Recruitment Consultant Skills Required:
* Exceptional travel sales/recruitment industry experience.
* A proven track record in sales and of achieving set sales targets - ideally in a recruitment role.
* Highly motivated and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A flair for building and maintaining strong industry relationships.
