Hello! I'm looking for a single studio flat in the Camden area to move in on the 15.06.08.

What I'm looking for is a studio flat, self-contained, with kitchenette,fridge,toilet, shower and washing machine.Also, a double bed or sofa-bed would be great.

I do not need TV or luxury furniture. All I need is that the place is in good condition, clean, and if possible in a safe, quiet area.

I can afford up to 550-575ish pcm, it would be great if some bills where included in the rent.

I am quiet,friendly, easy going, responsible, careful and respectful, can provide references if needed, and I'd like to find a good Landlord/Lady who would value that.
