Salary: £16,350 per annum

Rob Marshall is seeking a personal assistant and marketing administrator to support the various standards of his work, which stretch across a wide range of activities and disciplines.

You will need to be self motivated, happy with your own company and well organised.

There will, however, be some interaction with clients where knowledge of the dynamics of public relations and marketing will be useful. An understanding of the Christian Church and its workings will also be an advantage.

You will provide full back-up support to Rob Marshall’s PR consultancy work, broadcasting and teaching ministry as well as dealing with the organisation and administration of specialist educational conferences and tours (see www.ukltg.com). You will also be the first port of call of all parish calls in his role as a priest in Kensington.

Skills required include:

Ability to self motivate and work alone whilst dealing with associates and members of the general public on the telephone.
Computer and email proficient, especially in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
Excellent command of the English language, coupled with quality presentation of work.
A knowledge of marketing, public relations and advertising including understanding of how campaigns work to obtain coverage and support for products, etc.
An enhanced CRB check (as the person will work form a private office which set within a school building).
