Room to share in Soho (£80 pw)
Looking for flatmate to share the room with (1 room for two people). Is located 2 minutes walk from Picadelly Circus..
£80 per week . ALL BILLS INCULDED.
This is a flatshare so you would be sharing 1 bathrooms, a kitchen and small and there is not living area with 1 couple. Two bedrooms in total.
The bedroom contains 1x single bed, side table and 1x wardrobe. There is also a heater. Large windown facing street.
Kitchen area contains tall fridge, oven, stovetop sink, hot/cold water, microwave, kettle, and all utensils and crockery.

Cleanin is set each week for each member, is not too hard or too long to be done.
2 weeks deposit required and 2 weeks notice to vacate.
If you are not comfortable sharing facilities and evidently the room with other people then please do not call for a viewing as it is a waste of my time and yours.
In addition you are expected to be cool, descent as any normal person. I do not require too much... DO i??
As u can see the price is to low, in compensation to that i Just expect someone really tolerant, as u will be the person that I will share the flat with and the convincing is not a easy task.
