I'm Jack, a freelance multimedia designer. James is a paramedic, and Richard is researching and studying for his P.H.D . We are all friends who moved to London from Devon in the last year. We are all immaculate, and have excellent references.

Currently we live in Wallis House on the A4, but sadly our landlord wishes to move into the property and we vacate on 16th Jan at the latest. We could potentially move in December as I have discussed flexibility with our Landlord.

We are currently paying 400pw for an immaculate showroom flat in a new development. Although we all prefer a modern flat/house we expect to compromise if we can improve our location. We would be looking for a long term lease, one to two years.

The following is what we are looking for:

3 Double bedrooms
Large living area/kitchen living area
Off road parking for 1 pref. 2 cars.
Garage or secure parking (motorbike)
Furnished preferred but not essential
Very Clean or newly refurbished
within 5-10 min walk of a tube station
Double glazing
Friendly landlord :)
