I came across the below pictured 'wierd woman' (in my opinion at least) in an east London art gallery last week. I've spent the weekend pondering her wierdness in search of an explanation. But to no avail.

PLEASE HELP

Her wierdness consited of, but was by no means confined to, snarling at small children, singing random Mary Poppins songs to dogs, hitting old ladies with the oversized hand-bag, occasional attempts to lick pieces of art work and burping out the theme tune to 'A-Team'.

I know we live in exceptional times, but really?
