CLIENT

Our Client is a very busy specialist recruitment consultancy operating in the niche recruitment market of Nursing, Social Care and GP Locums

ROLE

This role will be working to support the consultants in all aspects of the recruitment process including speaking to the candidates & clients although NO sales will be involved. This role would suit a candidate with very strong administration skills with an excellent telephone manner.

Examples of duties are:
• Ensuring that there is a pipeline of candidates for consultants.
• Generate additional candidates, for the database.
• Networking off candidate database.
• Update candidate database.
• Place advertisements on the Internet
• Name gathering for consultants to headhunt.
• Gaining Referrals
• Take up vacancies from the client

CANDIDATE

• You will ideally have worked in a similar role
• You will have an excellent telephone manner and enjoy working in a team environment
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• You will be self-motivated and very proactive
• There might be scope to work towards bonuses for money motivated candidates
