The position of "Trainee Resourcer" will be filled by a candidate who is:

•Outgoing with a friendly persona
•Well-rounded, unique individuals with a witty sense of humour will bode well in the ambitious environment of Anson McCade
•Capable to learn quickly, and efficiently; whilst being inquisitive and enthusiastic in their role
•Articulate and polite when answering the telephone
•Ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed


This role will involve a high level of professionalism with daily tasks involving:

•Interviewing candidates
•Liaising with clients
•Searching online databases
•Cold Calling
•Business critical data entry


Being a "Trainee Resourcer" will not only mean a starting salary of £16,000 - £26,000, but also with Associated commission structures, a no threshold or ceiling on earnings with commission up to 40%.

In the first year a very achievable OTE of £50,000+ with a 6 figure income after, and a variety of incentive schemes.
