The property is on the first and second floor with no one living above. There is public walkway at the back of Paulet Road which leads to about twenty external steps that leads to the main entrance of the flat. It is not shared with anyone.

Please note that there is no lift so if you have mobility problems or have very small kids / prams etc then this place will not suit you.

There is free parking outside but you may also obtain a garage for a nominal weekly fee.

There is a large private patio at the front of the flat, which leads to the main entrance. Through the hallway there is a large sitting room and a decent size kitchen. Upstairs there are two double rooms and one single bedroom with bathroom with power shower and a separate toilet.

The property has recently been painted and decorated and I am going to leave most of the fixture and fittings and the furnishing.

I am looking for a 2/3-bedroom property. Most areas considered but the place must have the Right to Buy or a Garden.

My offer of CASH REWARD is very serious and it can be anything from £2000 to £10,000 for the right property.
