Milk Studios are shared offices for freelancers and small businesses. They are light, airy, open-plan studios where individuals or small businesses can rent desk space, short or long-term.

We have two buildings and this one, The Old Dairy, is situated in a quiet street just West of Ladbroke Grove and has room for 17 people spread over two floors and a mezzanine. The space is open-plan which is perfect for sole traders and there are also separate areas suitable for groups of two or three. It has big windows and wooden floors with underfloor heating. There are quiet corners, comfy sofas, shower rooms and a cappucino machine.

Among us are journalists, photographers, party planners, designers and consultants. On an average day, each floor has four or five people working, creating a nice him, but not too much noise to concentrate. Additional charges are charged at cost (£29.50 per month). These are for ADSL broadband, a firewall and router, cleaning and as much tea and coffee as you can drink. We provide desks, shelves, a photocopier and a communal fax machine. Each person brings their own computer, their own chair and a telephone if they want a line.
