Experienced and motivated full time receptionist administrator wanted for private clinic
Pure Sports Medicine is looking for an experienced and motivated full time Receptionist/Administrator for their busy Clinic in Kensington. The role is varied and includes all aspects of reception plus providing full knowledge of our medical services to existing and potential patients. The role will also involve calculating patient accounts and resolving some patient account queries.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, will be highly organised, thrives under pressure and will have an excellent work ethic and attitude.
Responsibilities include:
· Meeting and greeting patients
· Managing appointment bookings
· Dealing with telephone and online enquiries
· Data entry
· Daily banking of takings
· Handling point of contact payment
· Processing insurance invoicing
· Collect outstanding patient debts
· Opening and closing the premises
· Management of the waiting area and general clinic environment
Key skills and experience required:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Impeccable telephone manner
· Excellent organisational skills
· Ability to establish and maintain a positive working environment
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Flexible approach to the role
· Team Player
