Peyton & Byrne is an innovative restaurant group based in central London. We operate 9 central London restaurant with over 400 employees.

Reporting to the Management Accountant you will be
• Responsible for 2 individual sites
• Receiving, checking and processing of all weekly Food and Beverage Invoices from sites and the importing of Purchases CSV files from Excel into Sage Line.
• Checking authorisation, manual entry and posting of all non food and beverage invoices.
• Receiving, checking and processing of the weekly WTR (weekly trading report) from the sites and the importing of the Sales & Nominal CSV files from Excel into Sage Line 100.
• Responsible for issuing any misc sales ledger invoices as and when required and inputting into Sage Line 100.
• Updating the weekly flash reports.
• Completion of weekly bank reconciliations.
• Preparation of monthly stock journals.
• Preparation of monthly food and beverage intercompany journals.
• Liaising with suppliers and site manager with any associated queries.
• Credit Control for all sites.
• Monthly and Annual reconciliations of the Sales Ledger for all sites.
• Various ad hoc tasks when required.
• Provide cover for holidays and sickness.
You must be able to work with a minimum of supervision, so you will need to be able to prioritise your own workload to ensure that you achieve your goals.

Experience in the catering industry would be preferred, but also a friendly outgoing person who is keen to learn and develop their knowledge by taking on additional responsibilities.
