Australian owned gastro style pubs located in Victoria and Waterloo have two positions available for canditates, with an excellent opportunity for a live in chef de partie to join our successful team and manage the day to day running of the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make a name for themselves with the gastro industry.

We pride ourselves on serving excellent seasonal home cooked food, made using fresh ingredients. We are looking for someone who has a passion for producing high quality food and is able to help drive food sales.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the industry, food preparation knowledge, food hygiene certificates, speak fluent English and work well on their own and within a team.
