The room is a decent size with a nice garden view. It’s light and airy with double bed with room to walk around, alcove shelves, chest of drawers and inbuilt wardrobe.

Split level ground floor flat with the bedroom for rent upstairs. There are two bathrooms, a bit of storage space and a decent size living room with high Victorian ceiling, with small, but well designed ex parlour kitchen.

Rent is £400 a month plus usual bills.

The flat is located in a prime position off the road running parallel to Finsbury Park (5 min walk to the station for Victoria/Piccadilly and overground).

The flat is a 10 minute walk to local supermarket with Clissold Park and Stoke Newington a short walk in the other direction. Local buses to Islington, Newington Green/Dalston and London Bridge every 5 minutes.

Finally, you’ll be sharing with one female and one male, mid 20’s to early 30’s, both quite laid back and lead independent lives, but share a bit of guilty pleasure tv and films from time to time.
