2 Young Professionals: Anna and Chris

Unfortunately our current lease is coming to an end, so both Chris and i are looking for somewhere new.

Both in our mid 20s, Chris is a City Planner while i'm a Exhibition Designer.
We enjoy nights out, don't worry, we are no crazy party animals. We can no longer recover as quick like our haydays! But the occasional weekend of late night shenanigans and parties back at ours is always welcome.
We are both into our music and both generally quite clean and considerate. We don't mind if you are a smoker.

You - Should ideally be able to hold a decent conversation, knowing the difference between there, their and they're for example would be nice, having an interest in music, design, art, be able to take the occasional all night party while being fairly quiet in the week!

A bit about us:
Chris: A part time photographer working at Fabric / Matter and other music venues along with a lot of the music festivals over the summer such as Glastonbury, Glade, SW4 and others! Also into quiet nights in and nights out.

Anna: An Exhibition Designer with quite demanding and working long hours. So after work i like to come back and relax with a glass of wine. I have an interest in photography like Chris. I enjoy visiting museum/galleries over the weekend. I'm a bit of a foodie so i love to cook and good wine.

Right, down to the nitty-gritty stuff....
Ideally we are looking from end of November/start of December
Budget: £450-£500pcm
Area: Shoreditch, Aldgate, Brick Lane, Bethnal Green, Angel, Islington with good transport system. Is it cheeky to add Central London as one of our desired area to live?
