The Rubens at the Palace Hotel is a beautiful four star deluxe hotel located in the heart of London’s Victoria. This hotel accommodates two restaurants; the Old Master’s Restaurant, which offers a traditional buffet, and a lovely fine dining restaurant. We are currently recruiting an experienced temporary Chef de Partie to complete our kitchen team during the busy period in the hotel.

This is a temporary position for a period of six weeks until 20th December 2009. However, as Red Carnation Hotels have five other properties in London there is the possibility for you to become a permanent employee within the company if you wish.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience of working within four or five star hotels or restaurants and have gained a degree in food preparation. You will have previous experience in working in the sauce and larder section, and have a keen interest on gaining experience in other areas.
