My North Hertfordshire client is looking for an expreienced SMT Reworkers. The candidate must have experience of SMT Rework coupled with conventional build - hand assembly of SMT PCB'S. This is a 3 month contract.
Minimum Desirable Reworking Skills
Soldering to IPC J-STD-001C class 3 or equivalent.
Remove & reuse QFP's, TSOP,s. Pin sizes down to 0.22mm.
Able to solder without the use of flux component sizes down to 0402.
Fine pitch wire moding.
Familiar in the use of Dark IR rework stations.
Component Recognition i.e. recognizes SMD component packages & values.
Use & understand complex PCB drawings & bills of materials
PC literate.
