The house is on 2 levels. The room is big and west facing, fully furnished and has recently been decorated. There's good cupboard space(including some built-in), a double bed, a desk and chair, a TV with an external arial connection. .

It's 10 mins walk from Dalston Kingsland Rd station (North London overground), a similar distance from Canonbury station. Highbury corner (Highbury Islington Victoria line) is a ten minute bike ride away and Angel tube is 15 mins away by bicycle or bus.
There are also excellent bus route close by: nos 73 and 149 among many others.
Church Street is under 10 mins walk away, as is Newington Green. Upper Street is a 10 min bus ride away.

You will be sharing with me, the landlord and one other person (there are 2 rooms to let. I occupy the third room).
Most of the flat has recently been re-decorated.
We have a nice big, well-fitted and well-equipped kitchen with dining table and washing machine There is also wireless internet and a landline, a nice bathroom with good shower and a second toilet downstairs.
The living room is spacious, light and welcoming.
We’re bicycle friendly(I'm a bike mechanic) and there is space to put bikes inside or outside.
We’re on a dead-end street so it's very quiet.
There's also a little herb garden in front of the house.

I’m looking for someone nice and chilled. I’d like someone tidy and clean but not obsessive, easy-going, open-minded and honest. Boy or girl.
I’m not looking for a new best friend but rather someone friendly who doesn’t mind sharing their space as well as the odd meal together and maybe the odd other out-of-house social occasion.
