Developer position at Iglu.com

An exciting opening for a Developer has arisen at Iglu.com, the UK's leading online specialist travel agent. Joining our existing team of three full time developers, you will report into the web development team leader. You will work with the team, helping us to continue our lead in developing high-traffic industry leading websites, internal web applications, online booking, and ETL systems to maintain data flows to and from our partners.

The role would offer you the opportunity to work on all elements of the application, from database to presentation layer, and to be involved in all stages of the application lifecycle.

You'll be working with the latest technologies and techniques running on a cutting edge infrastructure based on Windows Server 2003 and 2008, SQL Server 2005, 2008 and Asp.Net 3.5

Required Skills and Experience
• Commercial Experience in Asp.net 3.5 and C#
• A working knowledge of Transact-SQL, and experience working on SQL Server 2000 or 2005
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience of JavaScript.

Any experience in ColdFusion, JQuery, Web Services, Subversion and search engine optimisation are desirable, but not essential.

Salary dependent on experience.
