This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment and Training professional to utilise their skills and join a fast growing, high quality Recruitment firm looking to continue its rapid organic growth.
Responsibilities:
• Accountable for the efficient and effective implementation of recruitment and training activities within the business,
• To maintain and regularly review and update recruitment sources and selection methods ensuring their effectiveness to sourcing the right candidates,
• To manage all recruitment campaigns,
• To take a leading role in the development of the company training and development policy,
• To maintain HR software systems and employee files.
The right candidate will:
• Have a flair for recruitment and development with excellent influencing and relationship building skills,
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills,
• Have sound knowledge of current recruitment trends & practices as well as employment law,
• A wealth of exposure at managerial level and proven track record in a similar sector,
• Ability to adapt to business needs.
You will have the ability to lead and direct at all levels, be proactive and show commitment through ability to manage tasks and deliver results.
Salary £30-35k + excellent benefits.
