A January position has arisen in one of my client schools for an intelligent, motivated and diligent graduate.

This is an excellent school within the borough of Islington and as a candidate you will be working from the Special Needs Department as a Learning Support Assistant. Working across both Key Stages you will be required to assist in all aspects of Literacy and Numeracy – you will need patient, enthusiasm and above all need to be able to motivate and relate to students.

The majority of time you will be working in class as a group, but there may be the odd occasion where you will be required to work 1:1.

This really is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to gain experience, learn from some of the best teachers, and further enhance their own knowledge before pursuing a PGCE in September 2010!
