Specialist Childcare Trainee Recruiter 4 days a week

Would you like to break into recruitment? Do you have experience in the disability field?

We are seeking a specialist recruiter to join our small, but busy team. This is an additional post as we are expanding. We recruit for care / childcare specialists to work with babies, children and young adults with additional needs, predominantly with private families.

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic new trainee recruiter who has knowledge and / or experience in at least one of the following (this is an essential requirement):

* Complex medical requirements
* Mental Health
* Learning Disabilities
* Physical Disabilities

Experience in recruitment is not essential and full training is provided. We offer a professional, but friendly service to families and although a degree of commercial understanding is essential, please note, this is not a hard-sell position.

Other essential qualities we require for this position:

• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Professional, confident, but also empathetic manner
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• Professional appearance
• Computer literate
• Non-smoker

The position is 4 days (any 4) from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. This is a permanent position and we will only consider applicants who wish to make a long-term commitment. Potentially this could become a full time position.

We offer a competitive basic salary and generous commission structure paid for each successful placement.
