We're an established hard rock band based in North London. We have gigged extensively around London in such venues as Water Rats, Barfly and Dublin Castle and have a good relationship with promoters.

We are looking for a new bassist to walk in, get the songs down asap and get gigging.

In a bassist we are looking for player who can own their space in the band. For us musicianship and feel comes before technical ability, we want someone who can serve the song and contribute arrangement ideas and not just focus on their bass part in isolation. You will recognize the importance of your relationship with the drummer and as such will be willing to put the time in with them to really lock in and understand that with the guitar and vocals stripped from the songs they will still sound "musical' in their own right and not just sound like a rhythm track.

Would ideally like someone who could play with a pick to get the attack and aggression but if you can get that using your fingers (Tim Commerford, Ben Shepherd...) then that's great.
