Catering Trainee (phone operator, packing, helping in kitchen etc)

This is an exciting all-round part-time trainee role, you will learn all aspects of our catering business in a fast-pace and teamwork-focused environment.

Initial Hours (more evening hours available after training complete if required):
7-11pm Friday
5-10pm Saturday
5-9pm Sunday

The Role will include the following Tasks:

1)Answering Phone / Take Orders
2)Packing Orders ready for delivery
3)Help in Kitchen (Chopping veg, preparing simple items)
4)Cleaning and organisation
5)Liasing with delivery drivers - helping them with orders
6)Handling customer queries and complaints
7)Very occasionally helping deliver orders (in emergencies)
8)Learning as many kitchen skills as possible

Wages start at minimum wage during initial training period (2 mths), but with scope to increase to up to £6.75 per hour (consisting of hourly wage + performance bonus) depending on skill level / length or service and other factors.
