There’s a big size of fully equipped kitchen, / Lounge, 1st floor bathroom and 1st floor an extra separate toilet, well maintained front and back garden (Ideal for BBQ). The house is located within 5 minutes walking distance from Leyton tube station (East London, Central Line, and Zone 3). There are night buses as well. There are plenty of superstores and shops, restaurant and other pleasure places. This is a very friendly and clean house share with mix group of sex and nationalities.
The room is available for 1 person only- £90 p/w (with double bed, 2 Wardrobes and 2 chest of drawers)
There’s No minimum stay. Only 2 weeks’ notice should be applied from either party.
All Bills ARE included. There’s a very fast wireless internet broadband.
There’s 1 week deposit and 2 weeks rent required in advance.
