Wanted sous or de-partie to help lead a team in the kitchen & to be part of something bigger
Wanted experienced sous-chef/chef-de-parties (minimum three, ideally four or more years in some serious kitchens) to help lead growing team in London Social Enterprise Restaurant.
Restaurant does the ‘enterprise’ with busy calendar of events, conferences (in our own sustainability orientated centre) and outside catering jobs alongside serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We cook w/ seasonal local sustainable ingredients (daily changing menu).
The ‘social’ includes a training programme, work with local schools, beekeeping, community cooking and gardening clubs and a community led organic waste maceration scheme.
