Small room with Queen size bed available in an awesome, friendly and laid-back three-storey house.

The place is very easy to get to and from. We are just off Fulham Palace Road with good bus links, and approx 7 mins walk from the Hammersmith tube station (Piccadilly, District and H&C).

We are 2 minute away from the river, just up the road from the Puzzle and Crabtree pubs, Sainsbury and the best 24hr off licences in London (8 fosters for £4.69 - Bargain).

House has shed for storage, sky, wireless internet, and all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.

You will be living with another 3 guys and 2 girls, all professionals and all very social. Mixture of Aussies, British, French and Spanish – great for the sporting clashes... We are looking for a girl to maintain the boy/girl mix.

Costs: Rent is £425/month excl bills
Bond is 1 months rent.
Bills: Council tax (£29/month), water rates (£4.50 per month), Sky (£7 per month).

Also contribute to a kitty which covers the cleaner that comes once a week, and cleaning products and general household products (condiments etc etc..)

The room is available from the 21st of November (but we are quite flexible on that).
