I live in Abbeywood SE2, Zone4. It is an estate but a quiet neighbourhood watch area and we all look after one another.
A large 3 bedroom flat on the thrid (top) floor; the bedrooms are also large. I have a balcony and surrounded by woods.

There is plenty of transport, buses that stop nearby and a trainstation that is just down the road about 10min away.

The flat is in need of TLC as they have just fitted new roofs and guttering. Due to my full time hours the flat is not in a bad way but could do with a new lick of paint.

I am after a three, plus bedroom house with a good garden for myself and my boys. Most areas considered, but not central London. I like the country so that would be perfect if you are able to offer a home near the country or in a small village that is country like.
