We are looking for a happy and fun part time nanny/housekeeper to look after our daughter to start in early January. She is currently 20 months and will be 22 months upon commencement of the position. In addition we may require occasional assistance with the care of our second child who is due to arrive in March.

To begin we want a nanny for one full day (8-9 hours) AND cleaning work done on an alternate day for 4-5 hours per week until early May. From this point we would like the option to increase the housekeeping hours to 2 days per week (1 1/2 days nannying, 1/2 day cleaning – around 18 hours per week)

Up until May you will be sole charge of our daughter for one full day and will be expected to:
- Prepare and feed our daughter nutritious healthy meals
- Entertain, educate and play with her by reading to her, taking her to the park,
play dates, classes etc
- Keep her room tidy and clean up after yourself as you go.

From May onwards, the same expectations will remain in respect of our daughter and we might also need you to care for our infant on occasion. Please note that I will be taking sole charge of our 2nd child but this may change as our baby gets older so we need someone who is flexible. You would not be expected to take care of both children at the same time sole charge.

Qualities that are important to us are:
Previous experience or training with babies/ in cleaning, good level of English, ability to show initiative, flexibility, genuinely loves children, likes to cook and play imaginatively, and a non smoker. CRB check essential.

We live in Kensal Rise, close to Queens Park and ideally you will be local to the area as it is very important that you are able to arrive promptly each day.
