Enjoy getting fit and meeting new people!

We're a friendly group, (both men and women) who share an enthusiasm for running outdoors and an enjoyment of good food. We go for a run or run/walk in Hyde Park(encouraging/non competitive) followed by a social brunch, (your own tab) in a casual eatery on Kensington High Street. The groups caters for all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced. Everyone is welcome so do come along!
