I'm a budding screenwriter who is hoping to find another writer to meet up with and toss ideas around, motivate each other, brainstorm plot, characters and writing technique. Looking for someone who has a basic knowledge of screenwriting and has either started a script or is making a serious beginning. Preferrably someone who likes indie films, dramas or (quality) romantic comedies, rather than crime thrillers or action.

I'm 40 years old and have worked as a documentary filmmaker for 10 years, but am now looking for a change in creative direction. I have a filmmaking diploma from NYU.

Looking to meet up fairly regularly, ideally in north or east London.
