We are seeking a dedicated sales professionals with excellent customer liaison skills. Must be able to adopt an empathetic yet professional approach to clients requiring debt advice. The successful candidate will deliver a high level of advice and support to clients, effectively identifying their individual financial situations and offering viable solutions such as IVAS and DMPS.


SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Strong ability to grasp new ideas and relatively technical data involving all debt solutions. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate concisely at all levels.

- Must be able to work flexibly as this role will involve a large amount of evening and weekend calls.

- Excellent telephone manner - ability to identify and take control very quickly whilst maintaining a caring and considerate approach.

- No experience in the debt industry required but must be able to show above average skills in numeracy.

Summary:
40k OTE
Work from home, supported by admin office Main role is taking calls and advising on debt solutions.
You must be compassionate, willing to help, good time manager, able to sell yourself.

Recruitment day planned for the end of October in London. Successful applicants will be invited to complete a week of training.
