my 1 bed newbuid in enfield for your 1 bed in zones 1 2 or 3
I have a one bed housing association flat in enfield ( E.N.3) very close to waltham cross. I am on the first floor of a new build block with only one floor above mine. The block is very modern as it is only two years old. It is a lovely bright and airy flat with huge floor to ceiling windows in all the rooms. Sitting room windows slide open onto a balcony overlooking communal gardens, the balcony is big enough for plants and table and chairs, and the communal gardens are locked off to the public so nice and private.There is a bath and shower, heated storage cupboards, double glazing, central heating, a video intercom and off road parking. The decor is clean and nutral.
I am looking for a 1bed flat in central london zones 1 or 2 and some of 3 would like to be north of river but would consider south if it was very close to the river and not too far . i really like my flat just want to live closer to my family.
