MAKE UP ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR BUSY MAKE UP SCHOOL IN SOHO
We are looking for a make up artist with about 2-3 years of experience to assist at our busy school in the heart of London’s West End. The Academy of freelance make up is at the forefront of training successful world-famous fashion, photographic and wedding make up artists and has quickly become one of the most reputable schools in London.
The position Is full time . The successful applicant must be flexible with their hours as some weekend work maybe required. Some knowledge of word and excel is a must as you will be required to do some admin work.
Duties to include:
1. 1. Assisting teachers within the classroom during courses.
2. 2. Scheduling rotas.
3. 3. Booking teachers.
4. 4. Emailing clients.
5. 5. Stock taking and ordering of stock.
6. 6. Looking after and sending out web orders to customers.
7. 7. Keeping schedules updated.
8. 8. General office duties.
9. 9. Organising make up assistants for various shows.

We are looking for an employee with real working make up experience (Sorry no students)
The successful will be in charge of day to day running of the academy with responsibility for it's students, staff and other events the academy is involved in.
