Personal profile:

• Team Player.

Experience and skills:

- A minimum of 1 years experience as a lettings or sales negotiator
- A track record of negotiating, listening and closing
- Full UK Driving License with use of your own car a must
- Computer literate
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Excellent communication skills

Previous experience of the property industry and/or sales positions are a must although we take into consideration on the above criteria and not solely your experience of the property industry.

Working hours are Monday-Friday 8.45am to 6.00pm and Saturdays 9.30am to 4pm with one day off a month.

You must be available to start on Monday 30th November 2009 for a full time appointment.
